Parry Vlo-Bae Reverse brings a spring-classics feel to the final round of the series. Its central challenge is the Switchback Hill climb, with sustained steep ramps that can tear a bunch apart. But this is not a hill-climb time trial. A long flatter section after the summit gives chasing groups a chance to organize, and late route splits and the approach to the velodrome leave room for another decisive move.
We chose it as the series closer because riders need more than one big effort. Climbers can attack where the gradients bite, but holding that advantage demands smart pacing and cooperation. Riders who survive in a small group still have to manage the chase and finish the job. With the series standings on the line, expect committed moves, risky decisions, and no shortage of riders unwilling to leave their last chance unused.
